Diamond Triple C Ranch announces it's
Diamond Internship Program

Diamond Triple C Ranch at Grand Lake is a 200-acre working farm approximately 90 minutes northeast of Tulsa, Oklahoma. We raise over 100 exquisitely-fiberd alpacas, all purebred and registered with the Alpaca Registry (ARI).

From breeding and birthing, fiber testing and immunizations, toe trimming, halter training, shearing, sorting fiber, specialized feeding - we do it all!

There is also an opportunity to work with our haying operation of Bermuda grass, and we operate our own ranch store on the farm. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to participate in all these ranching experiences!

To Be Eligible For This Opprtunity You Must:

• Be a high school graduate, 18 years or older, with at least some large animal experience

• Have a 3.0 GPA (B) or better if attending a pre-vet or vet tech program (Preference given to these students)

• Demonstrate a commitment to animals and/or the environment

• Provide with your completed application three letters of recommendation: Two from a teacher, counselor, school administrator or other adult who can recommend the applicant for the program. The third should address your abilities to be self-motivated, mature and capable of working on your own (possibly a recommendation from a former employer)

Applications will be accepted on the following schedule:

• For early or late Spring 2008 sessions - Apply using THIS FORM between 12/15/07 and 1/15/08

• For Summer or Fall 2008 sessions - Apply using THIS FORM between 3/15/08 and 4/15/08

• Deadlines for applications will not be extended
